Majorca!

I had the most wonderful time on holiday in Majorca, with my little sisters, mum and dad. The scenery was so beautiful, full of hidden caves and crooked, tired stone steps leading down to the wondrous blue sea. We drove into the city of Palma for three nights, which was also so lovely, those cobbled side streets and authentic street markets gave me life. Full of colour and character!Β

There was the cutest stall, which sold hand-painted little trinket boxes which you could have somebodies name painted on, and amazing hand-crafted jewellery stalls. Obviously I got a new ring to add to my collection – borderline ring hoarder. I also had the best dinner in Palma square which I can’t stop thinking about. Spaghetti with prawns, lemon and parmesan – sounds so simple but wow, the flavour was incredible. The yachts on Palma harbour where so pretty to look at too, if only!

I loved nothing more than laying on my paddle board in the sea for hours holding onto the buoy row, to be woke up by Pearl swimming over to me in her rubber ring – perfect. If only I where paddle boarding with Pearl right now. Take me back. At least I have Bali to look forward to in just two tiny weeks, so excited!

I already knew this, but this holiday made it 100% for me that the beach does in fact beat the pool by a mile. I’m obsessed. You can’t collect cute shells at the pool. You also tan far better at the sea. It’s a win-win.

We took a horse and carriage ride around Palma city one night (obviously chose the pink carriage to match my outfit), which was so funny, this was the night we found out Millie could speak Spanish – hilarious and so strange.

The cathedral in Palma is honestly so beautiful, the architecture not only of the Cathedral, but the surroundings are divine. Such an intricate and unique city that’s bursting with beauty. Can’t wait to go back already!
