Would it even be Christmas without sequins and sparkle or luxe velvet and satin? One of my favourite days in work is when we have a delivery and we get to see the lines in real life that we were expecting. We sometimes even receive lines that have not yet launched which is also very exciting – we are like children on delivery days.
Christmas means even more new lines than usual, in fact a LOT more than usual, 41 pieces to be exact (it also means new boxes which are always very cute). So what better way to get excited for the party season other than a whole lot of utterly gorgeous pieces to choose from.
From sultry mini dresses and flattering midis to glittery two-pieces and floor-length gowns, House of CB has you covered! Whether it’s boxing night, Christmas night’s out/ black tie events or NYE there is something perfect for all. Can’t wait to try on a few of those pieces for over Christmas, I’ve already got my eye on a fair few!
I love a bit of velvet over Christmas, there’s something about the fabric that is just so festive? The ‘Harveen’ dress (here) comes in an almost shimmering, divine raspberry colour and is definitely one of my favourite Christmas pieces. This, along with our emerald satin mini plunge Tamari dress (here) the Adah wine velvet flared trousers (here) and the Dacia bronze backless sequin mini dress (here).
Another couple of my favourites, is the Daniela black lace up bandage dress (here) and the Raveena burgundy patent leather dress – LOVE (here). The Aubrie baby pink, satin short pyjama set (here) is also adorable especially with the matching meow kitten sleep mask! CUTE!
I have to admit, I kinda hate shopping for Christmas nights out as it can get a little (or quite a bit) stressful but I love nothing more than the moment I have found my outfits and everything is organised right down to my earring choice. (Although, I do LOVE throwing pieces together last minute, too). I guess it all depends on what mood I am in.
Well, here’s to what hopefully, is a stress-free Christmas shopping experience this year, girls! Have fun!
